There are many interesting insects in the world. Some are beneficial, and some are injurious.
One of my favorite insects is the butterfly. It has a pair of feelers, two pairs of wings and six legs. Different butterflies have different colors. Some are orange and black, and some are yellow and purple. A female butterfly lays as many as 50,000 eggs in her life time. How amazing! Butterflies can dance beautifully and pollinate flowers. They don’t need food to grow, but they love to sip sweet nectar from a flower now and then. It’s a fuel that helps them to fly hither and thither.
I love the bee too. It also has a pair of feelers, two pairs of wings and six legs. It is yellow and black. Bees can fly, pollinate flowers and make honey. As bees fly around, they spread pollen from flowers to flowers and fertilize the plants. When they are in danger, they use their stingers to protect themselves.
I think butterflies are beautiful and lovely, and bees are so cute. I like them very much.
