   Over the past 2 weeks, there has been a rapid increase in COVID-19 infections. The local cases have appeared in many parts of Shanghai. All of us are going into lockdown for nucleic acid tests.

   To effectively protect the health and life safety of the students，we have started online course at home. Here’s what you need to know.

   First, stay at home and don’t go out if necessary. Do wear masks properly while you are in public. Practice good hand and personal hygiene. Avoid going to the crowded places.

   Second, manage well our time and study regularly. We can have the personalized plan for study during home. On the other hand, when teachers are talking about the key points, we should take screenshots to file the notes.

   Third, while studying hard, don’t forget to exercise. Exercise can strengthen our body and improve immunity. We can choose some sports according to our interests and living conditions. In addition, we need to get more sleep and have good eating habits.

   Last but not least, protect our eyesight and use electronic products properly. Do eye exercises twice a day while we should pay attention to always wash our hands carefully before doing exercises.

   At present, we are in the critical stage of fighting against the pandemic. We must obey the command from the school and housing community. We believe that we will go back to school as soon as possible and embrace the full bloom of spring together.
