Nobody wants to get the disease, but how should we protect ourselves from it? Here are my suggestions as following. First of all, we should try not to go out if not necessary. Secondly, we are expected to wear masks wherever we go out to the public places, because wearing a mask is one of the best ways to protect yourself from getting infected. Besides, I kindly remind that we should keep a meter distance from others when we are talking to each other or doing nucleic acid testing. Thirdly, we should wash hands very frequently, drink as much water as possible and do proper exercise at home, which can keep us healthier and stronger. Most importantly, everyone should have an optimistic and positive attitude - the key to everything.
The last but not the least, I really appreciate the angels in white, who do nucleic acid testing day and night and try their best to protect us from the coronavirus, while they even have no time to have a rest or eat any meals. Thanks for their great efforts to make our community better.
I do believe winter will finally pass, and spring is sure to come. We will go back to school as soon as possible.
