Every morning when I see the faces of my teachers and classmates in the screen, I am so excited to begin the wonderful day with them. In Math class we strive to answer the questions with great passion; in Chinese class, we loudly read beautiful poems in chorus; in English class we have immersive experience with teacher of difficult topics. No matter in school or at home, study is always with fun. Furthermore, home studying fosters my ability of self-control and time management. I believe we can be better us when we go back to school.
Home studying save the transportation time to school. I use this time to do morning exercises. I run along the path in my housing estate. When I feel tired and can almost not continue, I will cheer me up by telling myself I am building up my immune system to defend the virus. When I take a break, I can fell the fresh air with the smell of the flowers and grass, which is telling me, Spring is here, even I cannot go out.
My ballet class is stopped, too. I keep practicing by myself in the hallway every evening. Jumping, turning, galloping… I want ballet to be a part of my spirit.
Home studying gives me additional time to do something I am interested but lack of time before. I do gardening, cooking, reading, handwork, and so on. My favorite is cooking. Once I made a yummy Chinese cuisine called “Scallion Spring Chicken”. It was so delicious that I cannot stop eating.
My home studying life is effective, fulfilled, and interesting. I am doing my contribution to resistance virus together with millions of students and teachers in Shanghai. I am looking forward to go back to school and share my experience with my friends!
