From March 12, 2022, Shanghai announced that primary and secondary schools were temporary shut down and adjusted to online course due to the covid -19 coming back.
At the beginning, I felt a little bit disappointed because I cannot go to school and stay with my teachers and lovely classmates. We can only meet each other online with laptop or iPad. Now I am used to it. Our teachers give us new lessons same as before. They have a lot of ways to attract us. For example, in Chinese class, we learn to make a poster about spring poem. In Math class, we usually try to raise hands quickly and want to be the first one to answer the question. In English class, we always learn impressed passages such as “The Awakening of Insects” and story of Helen Keller. During the break time, we do morning exercises and eye exercises. In the afternoon, I watch TV to learn singing, dancing, P.E and science. After the class, I go outside to skip rope and ride bicycle in the neighborhood.
This moment is quite difficult for all of us including teachers, students, families, and anyone around me. We need to fight with the virous, it sounds like very dangerous, but I think it just like a running race, we must try our best to win this competition. We have confidence that we will get through this challenge and defeat Covid- 19 soon. Hope to see everyone without mask at school.
