Recently, COVID-19 is spreading all around the world. It is threatening people’s life. Since it is getting more and more serious in Shanghai, we are locking down ourselves at home. Adults can’t go to work, children can’t go to school. Although I can’t go outside, I am still having a good life.

   I like to eat all kinds of foods. At home, after finishing my homework, I learn how to cook from my parents. We search online for food recipe, and cook together. The dishes we make get more and more delicious. I think I will become a food master after COVID-19!

   I am good at sports. I like to play tennis, basketball, table tennis, and so on. Now, even I can’t go to school, I play sports in the neighborhood. I believe doing more sports make me healthier.

   In this difficult period, although we can’t drive COVID-19 away, there are heroes around. They are doctors and nurses and volunteers. They protect Shanghai and us. We should actively cooperate with their work. I hope the virus will go away soon. So I can go outside and the helpers can have a rest. Let’s remain optimistic.
