This summer in Shanghai was incredibly hot! The temperature often reached over 37°C, making it difficult to play outside. To escape the heat, my mother decided to sign me up for a summer camp in Yangshuo, Guilin.And I will live in a cave.

   During my visit to Guilin, I explored many beautiful places. I visited a mountain called 'Swiss Cheese'. Because there are many depressions on the mountain, just like cheese! I also climbed rocks up here. I enjoyed trying local foods too. They were so different from those in Shanghai!

   One of my favorite parts of the summer camp was the camping in the cave. This cave is called the 'Swallow Cave'. The temperature here is below 25 degrees centigrade. It's as if it has been equipped with a natural air conditioner. When you are sleeping, you can clearly hear the sound of the stalactites growing. You will have a novel experience in it!

   Although the summer was hot, I had a memorable time traveling, watching movies, and exploring new things.
