We had the theme Sports. The students had a lesson where they shared their experiences about sport and completed a worksheet based on the topic.

During the lesson the students discussed different sports around the world; which sport they like and why. Some students got the opportunity to share about the sport that they play as a hobby. We discussed the benefits of doing sport and why it’s important for our well-being.

The students completed a worksheet where they expressed which sport they like and why, and drew a picture of themselves taking part in that specific sport. These worksheets were displayed on the walls outside the classrooms.

A poster about sport was put up in the classrooms. The poster depicted different types of sports, distinguishing between individual and team sports.

The students responded very well to this theme, they were very eager to talk about the different sports and state their preferences. They showed interest and were very engaged.
