I’m from a place called Zhejiang. It is famous for its fresh tasting dishes, with moderate saltiness and sweetness. My favourite food is duck blood and bean starchy vermicelli soup. The vermicelli is smooth and slippery and its broth is fresh tasting. It has good duck blood and duck meat too.
I like herbal tea mostly. It’s made of mint and a variety of tea leaves, but it’s bitter. So you should add some chrysanthemums, loganberries, red dates, and Chinese wolfberries.
Pastry made of soybean flour, is an old Zhejiang snack. It’s easy to make and it's very cheap. It’s steamed rice flour wrapped in black sugar and then rolled in mung bean powder. I love it.
