It’s a great honor to speak here. My topic is ‘The importance and secrets of keeping healthy’.
Health is the most important thing in the world. People can take away our money, our house, our clothes, but they can’t take away our health. That is why we always exercise regularly and eat in a healthy way.
Eating a balanced and healthy diet is one of the ways to keep healthy. People’s three meals is essential. If you are a lover of meat, you should eat more vegetables and fruits, and we need to pay attention to drink, do not drink too much energy drinks; and for some malnourished people we should pay attention to eat more high protein food with green vegetables and fruits. Balanced nutrition for our body is very important, so we should have a balanced diet, to keep our body healthy.
Another strategy is to leave the sofa, and exercise. It is very comfortable to sit in the sofa and watch TV, but being a couch potato can do harm to our body. Exercise regularly can enhance our physical strength. Typical ones could be running, jogging, swimming and so on. But there is something to remember before doing exercises. You need to do warm-up exercises, and be careful with the hurt of your knees, you need to know the position to avoid that.
Stress is experienced by all of us at some point of time in life. It can make us unhappy and stressful. Many people believe that stress can also affect our health. Sometimes it can be very difficult for a teenager because of the difficult school exams or friendships. While when you want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. Keeping stress away from our body is very essential. We should keep happiness for our general health. If you are worried about something, talk to your parents or your teachers release stress as more as possible.
While health is more important than anything else in the world, without health, we can’t do things, and we would surely die. I hope you could follow those steps of keeping healthy.
